Teacher Training Programme

The BrainStep Preschool Teacher Training Programme is an initiative by BrainStep Preschool to develop skilled and passionate early childhood educators. BrainStep Preschool is committed to providing high-quality Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) and aims to set strong standards in the field of Child Development & Education (CDE).

With the implementation of the National Education Policy (NEP), preschool education in India now requires teachers to be trained in Early Childhood Education to effectively teach children at the foundational stage. BrainStep Preschool recognizes the importance of well-trained educators in shaping young minds during these crucial early years.

Our child-centric approach focuses on nurturing curiosity, creativity, and holistic development in every child. The curriculum is thoughtfully designed by early education experts to support cognitive, emotional, social, and physical growth.

The BrainStep Preschool Teacher Training Programme aims to equip aspiring teachers with the knowledge, practical skills, and confidence required to become professional preschool educators and contribute meaningfully to the future of early learning.

  • Effective classroom techniques for teachers - Each module of the course is based on what is the most effective method/practice for the child's development in a preschool setting or at home.
  • Lectures on instructional theory associated with hands-on learning experience - It is intended to improve and simplify understanding of Early Childhood theories and via their execution and implementation in a preschool classroom.
  • Theory lectures with hands-on experience - It is intended to improve and simplify understanding of Early Childhood theories and via their execution and implementation in a preschool classroom. The Science of Preschool Education.
  • Industry experts as Guest Lecturers - Experts from various domains will be invited to interact with the participants in order to add value to their knowledge that will be gained from the ongoing trends in the industry.
  • Job Placement - Assistance to participants to secure a job at Brainstep or other preschools based on availability and achievements.
Course Details
  • 4 months to 6 months.
  • 3 months theory + 1 month on field internship
  • Batch Capacity – 15 participants, 1 trainer (for ideal and effective learning)
  • Eligibility – Females Only. Minimum H.S.C Passed and above 18 years of Age.

Brainstep Day care centres are secured with CCTV's in overall premises with CCTV surveliance is available in the school.

Parents need to visit the Brainstep branch, fill up the Admission form with requisite details and complete the payment to ensure the admission has been registered.

Yes,children are taken out on field trips keeping in sync with the theme based concept that they have learnt in class.

Brainstep strives to maintain an Abusive Free Environment for children, with a Zero Tolerance Policy towards any sort of abuse or corporal punishment. Utmost care is taken to maintain the safety and security of the children at the center; all Brainstep centers are under CCTV surveillance and all staff members are trained under I Care and Safety measures. Stong Compliance parameters are followed to ensure the safety of the children at school.
